Sometimes it happens to find, in our cellar, small gems as the one in the photo. It is a bottle of “Red wine from Brunello vineyards” vintage 1974, with a very particular label, very hard (or almost impossible) to find nowadays. It was an excellent surprise also because, despite the age, the wine was still alive.
Notes: Lighter in color, with the red notes fading towards a very light red/garnet at the rim. On the nose, there were light floral notes, leather and still some hints of dry red fruits. On the palate we were impressed to still find some freshness and some fruit, though very light and delicate.
